How do I download a copy of the CSV feedback file?

Go to PostEm.

Select the PostEm tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Note: The PostEm tool is sometimes named Feedback.

Find the CSV feedback item and click the download link.

Find the CSV feedback item and click the download link to begin downloading.
